  1. Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) in the New Forest - treat yourself to a deeply relaxing Forest Bathing experience in beautiful woodland - allow your body and mind time to unwind, rest and repair. Improving sleep and reducing stress.

  2. Meditation Training- learning to meditate brings peace and stillness into your life. Meditation therapy and regular practice has been shown to relieve anxiety and stress, to improve sleep and overall well being.

  3. Creating a Nature Connected Garden to re-energise your own garden space to become an oasis of peace. Looking at your Garden Design, Planting and Maintenance routine and working with the power of nature to create a haven for all beings in your outside space however big or small.
